Join Christine Rogers, also known as Sant Amara for an hour and a half of sacred sounds played to help you shift into deep relaxation and to heal through the theta brainwave state. This is where our minds go right before we fall asleep at night and where the subconscious and conscious mind meets. We are able to clear subconscious debris and to find an inner state of peace through the gift of sound.
